As a trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that buying and/or selling a home is complex and deeply personal. Knowing that you have a lot at stake both financially and personally, I believe it is my duty to truly be an expert when it comes to staying informed about the local Northern Virginia market, best practices, and continually leveling my game to be able to serve you at the highest level.

As a licensed Realtor with Pearson Smith, I bring a diverse range of experience to my real estate business.

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville, I began my career with GE appliances selling to the top home-builders in the Northern Virginia market. Managing a high level of customer service and delivering an integral product was a rewarding and valuable experience.

Taking that experience to the next level, I started my own cleaning company specializing in model homes. In addition to owning my own business, I’ve served as vice president of human resources for our family subcontracting business for home-builders; my experience there includes training office staff, managing all HR responsibilities, and creating office policies, marketing, & promotional materials.

During this time I also became a partner in a real estate holding company which owns and manages both commercial and residential properties. We have successfully bought and sold several properties, and have also completed large-scale renovations on homes for resale. This continuing experience with first-hand investing allows me stay up-to-date on local trends and advise clients with knowledge that comes from more than just theory.

Becoming a licensed Realtor brought all of this experience full circle, but to be certain I was equipped to serve clients at the highest level I pursued further education. I attended the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, where I became a Master Certified Negotiation Expert. Additionally, with a focus on maximizing sales price for my clients, I became a Certified Home Stager.

 From utilizing my skill as a certified home staging specialist to having your home shown to the correct people, I make sure that your real estate property is properly evaluated, priced, marketed, negotiated and carried to closing while keeping maximizing sales price a top priority.

Personal Life

I have lived in several towns in Loudoun:  Ashburn, Round Hill, Hamilton and now Leesburg.  My two sons attended Loudoun County schools and Virginia colleges.   We are proud to be embedded in this great community.  

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time gardening, playing tennis, and playing with my dogs Madison and Morgan. Most importantly, I love spending my life making memories with my friends and family.
