Joy was a pleasure to work with. High points were her detailed knowledge of what & where to put your monies to maximize returns when selling, her communications were direct and spot on pointing out areas of concern, giving both praise and recommendations. She was attentive with her detailed note taking ensuring that all parties understood the impact and consequences if not attended to. Her recommendations paid off immensely selling our home in 1 day! She represented concerns, made meetings, provided detailed notes, references or experts to bring in to make sure you were getting what was advertised. We ended up with a great new construction home! Examples: Old home preparation: Provided exceptional support for work efforts in providing recommended repairs and services, communicated concerns and timelines to make sure all parties were working towards the same goal. Very focused. New Construction: Pointed out discrepancies that were missed, recommended strategies for documenting communications with the builder.
